Formerly a part of The Shyft Group, we are now part of the Aebi Schmidt Group. The two groups have successfully completed their merger in July 2025, creating an even more powerful global leader in specialty vehicle solutions. At Builtmore, strengthened by this merger, we’re excited to continue supporting your operations with even greater capability, innovation, and dedication.

At the same time, our rapid growth created a complex and fragmented brand landscape. To sharpen our position as the industry’s leading specialty vehicle manufacturer and to make it easier for you to navigate our broad range of solutions, Aebi Schmidt Group is consolidating its portfolio to eleven brands.

However, we can now offer now an even broader range of solutions. Same solutions and people you know and trust, but now even stronger.
