Isuzu North America partnered with Builtmore Contract Manufacturing to help increase the production of their popular F-Series Gas Trucks. With their specifications and our expertise, we worked together to design a new plant layout, planned and managed construction, defined lean workflow/cells, and managed pilot production builds.
In less than one year, we launched the facility and streamlined production stations by 73%, resulting in an astounding flexed production volume of 3x, with no loss of build quality. Today, Isuzu continues to lean on Builtmore as a partner in their ongoing heavy vehicle success.
